Human Resources Manager

Lindsay is the firm’s Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for the firm’s performance management, recruitment, organizational development and employee relations. Lindsay oversees the firms benefits and performance management systems, as well as healthy and safety programs. She manages employee policies to ensure that they are compliant with legislation and advises managers and employees on organizational policy matters
