Hayley Cooke

General Manager

Hayley joined the firm in 2006 and has been our General Manager since September 2008. Her career path started in the Royal Air Force as an Electrical engineering apprentice specializing in Avionics, primarily ground radar and communications. A career change meant a new focus on management and administration moving to managing companies in a variety of sectors including construction and large scale landscaping. She has overall responsibility for HR, Business Development & Marketing, Operations, IT, Finance, Administration and Systems. She takes the lead on outlining and implementing the firm’s strategic plan to ensure the business is focused on client support and continues to thrive through innovative practices and efficient service.
